Holiday Lighting Pics...

Ok, so here are some pics I took on Saturday from the Downtown Franklin Holiday Lighting. It was sooooo cold! This is what it looked like before it got dark...Cold and snowy!
This is my neice Emma the day of the event. She was the Holiday Lighting Princess. So, her and her "prince" got to be in the parade, go see Santa, go to a tea party at Imagination Station, turn on the lights, and be introduced on stage at The Artcraft Theatre. Needless to say at the end of the day, she was exhausted because of all her royal duties!

This is me, Kim, and Melissa in our Santa hats the night of the lighting. Melissa is not thrilled that I took her picture and I'm sure will not be thrilled that I am posting it, but she looks so cute!!!

This is the carriage rides that I got to watch from the warmth of the shop! I was much happier with that scenario!

And this is the view from outside Kira's Cottage Christian Store of the lights after they got turned on. It really is pretty!

It was a really nice evening and even though it was sooooooo cold, there were still lots of people for the event! We were busy all evening! The fireworks were awesome, but I didn't get pics of those. Hopefully they will do those again in the future as well!!!
