Well, I am still in Florida, but wanted to send you a little Florida spirit, so here it goes!
One of my favorite treats in Disney World is a Dole Whip Float. It is soft serve pineapple ice cream served in pineapple juice. I love pineapple, so this really is perfect!
Just take a scoop of pineapple sherbet (or pineapple ice cream if you can find it) and put it in a pre frozen glass (so it is frosty and cold!) Pour pineapple juice over the sherbet, then garnish with a pineapple slice. YUMMO! So delicious on a hot summers day and a healthy treat too!
