
Here is something I like to make alot at home. It doesn't take too long and I love it!
1-2 cans of Campbells Chunky Steak and Potato soup
1 bag of egg noodles
2 large cans of beef broth
salt and pepper to taste
butter to taste ( I use diet margarine)
Boil the beef broth in a large pot. Once boiling, pour in the bag of noodles. Salt & Pepper the broth to taste. (for extra flavoring) Boil noodles for about 20-25 minutes until really tender. Drain the broth off the noodles leaving a little (not alot) of moisture behind. Now, taste the noodles and add butter to taste. (optional)
Heat the can(s) of soup. To serve, put noodles in a dish and top with the amount of soup you want. That's it! I usually serve this with green beans and mashed potatoes. I have never tried any other soup, but I am thinking that the Campbells Chunky Vegetable Beef soup might be tasty as well!
