This weeks recipe is from the cookbook The 12 Days of Christmas. It would make a fabulous gift for the "chefs" on your list!
Microwave Mozza Mushrooms
12 Medium Fresh Mushroom Caps
4 slices bacon
12 cubes Mozzerella Cheese
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Place equal amount of bacon in each cap. Top with cheese cube. Place on microwave tray or glass dish. Microwave on high for about 1 minute or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve!
