Pecan-Chicken Casserole
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
2 teaspoons minced onion
2 cups celery, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup potato chips, broken
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
In large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients together. Place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. In small bowl, mix chips and cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
