We haven't posted a recipe yet this week, so today is the day! This is a recipe from the 12 Days of Christmas Cookbook at Kira's Cottage Christian Store!
Instant Pudding Cookies
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant pudding
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Nuts (optional)
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add pudding mix, eggs, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix together well. Add nuts, if desired. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. If desired, cookies may be frosted once cooled. Yield: 3 dozen.
