Book Review by Kim Hunter
In this slightly romantic mystery, you can't help but feel a little sorry for the main character, Earl. He's lonely, grumpy and totally missing out on God. When a young college girl named Jenny tries to bring him out of his funk, they end up in a bunch of trouble instead. But woven throughout the story is the message of God's love for us and our need for Him and companionship with others. When Earl finally figures out the truth of this, it opens the door for God to heal his heart and help him out of the mess he and Jenny have gotten themselves into.
