Recipe Share of the week!

This recipe I got from my fellow Beyond the Book Club friend Stacy Taylor. I tweaked it a bit for our family. It's super easy and the kids will love it! It is a comfort food, so don't eat if you worry about calories! I don't think there is any way to make it low fat without ctting out flavor. I'm calling it:
Extra Creamy Chicken Mac and Cheese

2 boxes of Kraft original Mac and Cheese + milk and butter to prepare the box
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can of Tyson White Meat Chicken (drained)
2cups of shredded cheddar cheese (We LOVE sharp or colby jack)

Preset oven to 375. Make the 2 boxes of Mac and Cheese as stated in directions. After the mac and cheese is completely prepared, mix in the can of Cream of Chicken soup and can of chicken. Then pour in casserole dish. Cover with shredded cheese and put in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is completely melted on top. Thats it! It's yummy!
