St Patty's Pie!

With St Patty's Day coming up, I found this original recipe on Pinterest...so I will link the original recipe. However, there is a way to make this pie even easier! Just use the Wind and Willow Chocolate Chip Cheeseball Mix!

Make the Chocolate Chip Cheeseball as directed on package, then mix in 8 oz of cool whip, 1 teaspoon of Peppermint Extract, and green food coloring for the color. Spread into to Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust and top with extra chocolate chips and whipped topping. YUM!
