New week...

Hey everyone! It is a new fresh week and I have lots to get done here at the store.

We are actually planning our Christmas Open House as well as other fall events. Weird, I know, it is only July, but there is a lot to plan and get done! This fall and Christmas is sure to be fun with lots to do at Kira's Cottage! I need to get everything in line for all our events and figure out exactly when they are all happening.

I am also taking down the Hawaiian decorations this week. I know I mentioned this in a previous post. Up and Down on a ladder will help me burn those calories!

My daughter and niece will be at the store with me on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, so they will keep me busy when they are here!

I want to point out that we are having a book signing this Saturday from 11am-1pm with local Seymour writer Cheri Moser. Please come and support this local author while she tells you her stories and signs her books. Titles include, The Adventures of Ned and Fred, The Adventures of Ned and Fred in Haiti, and The Gift That Keeps on Giving. Please come by and say hi!

We also have another book shipment coming in this week. Come in often and check out all the new books always coming in!
