Can you believe Valentine's Day is tommorow? Time is flying by and I can't believe that Easter is the next big holiday! Easter is on April 12 this year. I am looking forward to Easter. It is the most important holiday for everyone to remember because Jesus died for you and me! And, if you were the only person on this earth, he still would have died for you. It's an overwhelming thought, but such an important thing to remember. He Lives!

Christian Book Club Update

We are reading Twelve Extraordinary Women in our book club, and I am truly enjoying the book so far. It is a fascinating study on 12 of the most Extraordinary women from the bible. I highly reccomend this book to everyone. If you would like to attend our meeting, it is Thursday, February 26 @ 6:30pm. Anyone is welcome!

Recipe: Angel Food Cake Bars

1 package angel food cake mix,
about 14 1/2 oz 22 oz light fruit pie filling, (blueberry, pineapple, cherry)


Preheat oven to 350°F.1. Combine angel food cake mix with blueberry(or other) filling. Pour batter into an ungreased, 9-inch x 13-inch baking dish; bake for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into 24 pieces.

Sounds Yummy! And healthy!
