Weekly News...

Hey everyone! It is so beautiful outside today. The sunshine does wonders for the soul! I am so thankful to the Lord! I hope all of you are having a wonderful week. The beginning of the week was not so perfect for me, but I am feeling better. Thank You all for your prayers. You don't know what it means to all of us here. This weeks scripture verse is a reminder to me, and us all, what we must do in good times and bad. I love this verse.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart

and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways acknowledge him,

and he will make your paths straight.

Proverbs 3:5-6 NIV

Congratulations to 8 year old Jacob H. who won the coloring contest. Everyone did such a wonderful job! They looked wonderful. Thanks to all the parents who passed the coloring sheet along to the kids! Look for another coloring contest in the future!

I am trying to get as many email addresses as I can right now because the cost of postage is going up again! It is getting so costly to mail things. So, tell all your friends to join our email list. Come and learn how to make a beautiful design using pen and ink, then painting washes over it with watercolor! We will be creating a spring animal design.

CHOCOLATE PUDDING ANGEL CAKE
This sounds yummy and super easy!

1 small box sugar free chocolate pudding mix

1 angel food cake

1 container Light/or Fat Free Cool Whip

Take the chocolate pudding and following directions on box to make pudding. Take your cake dish or casserole dish and break the angel food cake into small pieces. Pour the pudding over the angel food; stir. Put in refrigerator to chill. Top it all with Cool Whip when ready to serve.
