Paint the Town is a community event sponsored by Discover Downtown Franklin happening Sat. Sept 26 from 9am-5pm. School age children (K-12th grade) decorate the windows of area downtown businesses in preparation for Franklin's Fall Festival. Windows will be judged according to age groups & prizes awarded.
